Windows 10 numlock

OK I found an old solution (Windows 8.1) but after applying, it works in Windows 10 as well, although there were "different" paths to get there. So try this (for it to take effect you will need to restart):
1. First do #2 above - Press Win+R keys on your keyboard, the "Run" dialog will appear. Type regedit without quotes and press Enter. under HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard select "InitialKeyboardIndicators" in "Value data" type in 2 ; then OK to close.

2. Go To "Control Panel"
click on "System and Security"
click "Power Options"
on the left panel select "Choose what the power button does"
in the top of this screen first click " Change settings that are currently unavailable" then scroll down and under the last section "Shutdown settings" unclick "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" click "save" and the restart your computer.
