Upper och Lower filter

Step 1
Open the "Start" menu, click on the "Run" button, type in "Regedit," and press "Enter."

Step 2
Open the following folders in order: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE," "SYSTEM," "CurrentControlSet," "Control," "Class," "{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}."

Step 3
Click on the "UpperFilters" option located in the right-hand pane and select "Delete" from the "Edit" menu.

Step 4
Click on the "LowerFilters" option located in the right-hand pane and select "Delete" from the "Edit" menu.

Step 5
Close the registry editor and restart the computer.
